I live in the UK and have been making beats for a while now, and I’ve some great software online that can really help upcoming producers without costing a bomb.

Basically, I know what it’s like to be a wannabe producer without much time or cash to improve. I was in that position once myself, just not getting anywhere when it came to my skills. To be honest, I didn’t have the cash to spend on decent tools, and I didn’t have the time either – I had to stick to the day job to make ends meet.

But then I had an idea. I wondered if the internet would be a good place to start, since it’s pretty much a great place to do anything else. The good thing about going online is that you can usually find things much cheaper than anywhere else – and I found that I could make beats online!

After all, how many of us can afford to get all that expensive software and equipment when we’re just starting out? I know I couldn’t. I started searching about how to make beats for free and I found a few basic tools which were fun to try. But I was really serious about making sick beats, so I decided to pay just a bit of money to get set up.

The good news is I found some software that was cheap ($29.95), had a money-back promise and was easy to use – I decided to try it and I haven’t looked back since!

You’re probably wondering if $29.95 is really enough money to pay for good quality software. Short answer: yes!

You could spend a lot more, and I considered if (if only I’d had the cash!) but I’m glad I didn’t. Because that more expensive software can take years to master. I didn’t have time to wait, I’ve already been waiting for years! It was time for me to start making beats now!!

The software I chose is called Sonic Producer and I’ve now been using it for months. The good thing is it only took me a few days to master – and the beats sound great! I love making hip hop beats with this thing, so I really recommend it to anyone who asks.

When you decide you want to make your own beat, it’s easy to get put off by the thought of everything you’re going to have to buy before you can even get started. But don’t be put off – it is possible to get started on a limited budget, even if you don’t have much experience.

Hardware synthesizers were often used to create basslines and put together the instruments that make the beat sound just right. The problem with these, though, is that they make things very expensive and can cost you thousands. Plus, if you’ve never tried to make your own beat before, there could be a really steep learning curve to use the hardware.

I mentioned once that you should read the instructions when you need to make your own rap beats. Well today, you are in-luck because I’ll now be talking about exactly that. In my experience, most of the people who make their own rap beats with software just ignore the tutorials and jump right in trying to make beats. I know it’s fun, but the truth is that this isn’t the best way to get the most out of the software.

If only 2pac and Bernie could see what their music have inspired programmers to do, then they would be proud. Rap truly became popular in the early 90s, and has grown and expanded into other musical groups ever since.
